• Inquiry information: your name, company, phone number or email address, origin, destination, shipping method, cargo details and other business information you choose to provide.
• Contact information: information you provide when contacting us by phone, email, WeChat or WhatsApp.
• Necessary technical information: to maintain website security and stability, our server, security and caching tools may record IP addresses, access times, browser types, request logs and security-event information.

Do not submit identity documents, bank card details, health information, precise location data, information about minors or other sensitive personal information unrelated to your logistics inquiry.

3. Purposes and Methods of Processing

We process information only as necessary to respond to inquiries, verify logistics requirements, assess transport plans, communicate quotations, arrange or perform services, handle after-sales matters or disputes, protect the website and email system, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Processing may include collection, storage, access, use, transmission, deletion or anonymization.

4. Entrusted Processing, Sharing and Disclosure

To operate the website and receive and send inquiries, we may engage website hosting, email, security and caching service providers to process necessary information. Once a specific logistics service is arranged, we provide only the information required to the relevant transport, booking, warehousing, customs or delivery service provider, according to the actual plan and the principle of data minimization. Except where authorized by you, necessary to perform a contract, or otherwise permitted or required by law, we do not provide your personal information to other parties and do not sell personal information.

5. Overseas Hosting and Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

This website uses Hostinger overseas hosting, content delivery network and business email services. Servers or network nodes may be located in Singapore, Japan, Europe or other locations outside mainland China and may change according to the provider network routing. Inquiry notifications are sent to both our Hostinger business mailbox and a Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail mailbox. Your name, company, contact details, origin, destination, shipping method and cargo details may therefore be transferred outside mainland China and processed by overseas service facilities.

The principal overseas service providers include Hostinger (website and email hosting; privacy contact: gdpr@hostinger.com; see the Hostinger Privacy Policy) and Microsoft Corporation (Outlook/Hotmail email services; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement and contact information). Their processing is limited to website operation, information storage, sending and delivering email, security protection and troubleshooting.

We apply reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, account protection, log review and contractual restrictions on service providers, and require information to be processed only as necessary for the purposes described above. You may use the contact details in this policy to ask about overseas processing or exercise your applicable rights. Before submitting an inquiry, the form asks for your separate consent to this cross-border transfer. Refusing consent does not affect your ability to browse the website; you may still contact us by phone or another available method.

6. Retention Period

General inquiry and communication records are retained for no more than 24 months from the last business contact. Where a transaction is formed, a dispute occurs, or a longer period is required by law, records are retained for the corresponding purpose and statutory period. Security logs are kept for the shortest period necessary to protect the website. When the applicable period expires, we delete or anonymize the information, or cease processing it except for storage and necessary security protection.
